Foundations includes a quarterly 30-minute consultation, Advance includes a monthly 60-minute consultation, and Elite includes priority email support and two consultation hours per month. Support response times are defined in your proposal.

The setup fee covers the initial preparation, website development, implementation, and customization included in your package. Monthly fees cover continued program access and the listed ongoing support. Additional users, locations, pages, revisions, or features may affect pricing and will be outlined in your proposal.
