• PHASE 1–5 TRAINING: Full online access to our standard curriculum, with defined learning objectives and a clear roadmap through each training phase.
• ONBOARDING & HR: Standard orientation checklists, professional expectations, and communication resources to help establish a consistent experience for new employees.
• FTO TOOLS & EVALUATIONS: A basic trainer guide, feedback tips, standard evaluation forms, and a downloadable tracker for documenting trainee progress.
• WEBSITE & ONLINE ACCESS: A basic website with up to three pages using a preset layout, plus separate access to the complete training curriculum.
• IMPLEMENTATION & SUPPORT: One launch meeting, an administrator guide, ongoing email support, and one 30-minute consultation with Eleni each quarter.
Includes your organization’s name, logo, and contact information. Training content, forms, and website layout remain standardized; customization is not included.
