With an educational background in Psychology and Cybersecurity and ongoing education in Human Resources, Eleni approaches each project with attention to how people learn, how systems function, and what organizations need to work more effectively.

Her background includes approximately five years in insurance, with experience navigating claims, communicating with providers and patients, and helping people understand their next steps. Her work in Emergency Medical Services has further shaped her commitment to organized training, clear expectations, and supportive mentorship.

Eleni’s EMS experience also includes working with a physician truck in Italy. That experience broadened her perspective on emergency response and reinforced the value of teamwork, clear communication, and coordination among professionals working within different healthcare systems.

Through Lifeline Development LLC, Eleni supports businesses and organizations with workforce development, employee onboarding resources, professional training, administrative and insurance claims support, and website design. She also brings a specialized focus to EMS training, developing practical field training programs, evaluation tools, and resources that support both trainers and new providers.

Her commitment to accessible education inspired The Growth Room—a welcoming space for free introductory courses and resources covering insurance, workplace skills, and professional development.

Steven brings a background in emergency medical services and a commitment to helping others to his support of Lifeline Development LLC. Beginning his EMS career as an EMT in 2020 and becoming a paramedic in 2024, he understands the responsibility, adaptability, and teamwork that caring for others requires.

His field experience gives him a practical perspective on the importance of clear expectations, thoughtful training, and dependable mentorship. That perspective is especially valuable as Eleni develops Lifeline’s EMS specialty and creates resources intended to support new providers and the people who train them.

As Eleni’s husband, Steven’s connection to Lifeline is also deeply personal. He believes in her abilities and wants to see her succeed in building a business that reflects her experience, creativity, and commitment to others. His support includes helping where he can, talking through ideas, and encouraging her as those ideas become concrete plans.

Equally meaningful is the emotional support he provides behind the scenes. Building a business brings uncertainty, demanding decisions, and moments of self-doubt.
